Inspection, Testing & Certification
We offer Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) , Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Emergency Escape Lighting inspections and testing for commercial and residential properties.
Our EICRs follow industry-recognised standards and procedures to ensure all testing is performed correctly and that electrical installations are assessed accurately and thoroughly. Our structured approach provides clear, reliable results that give property owners and duty holders confidence in the safety and compliance of their systems.
You will receive your digital report on the same day as the inspection. Where installations do not meet current standards, any recommended or remedial works required will be issued separately, with a clear outline of the next steps.

2-Bedroom Property
£150.00 + VAT
3-Bedroom Property
£170.00 + VAT
4-Bedroom Property & above
£100.00+VAT base fee + £10.00+VAT per circuit
Commercial Units & HMO Properties
£150.00+VAT base fee + £10.00+VAT per circuit
(Final cost will be confirmed once the number of circuits has been established on larger/commercial properties.)

Price includes a full inspection, testing, with a detailed electronic report issued the same day.

Remedial works, if required, will be quoted separately.

Parking fees & tolls/congestion fees may be incurred if permits or free parking are not available.

The electrical supply will need to be fully isolated during testing to ensure all sequence of tests can be carried out safely and accurately.
